The Statadventure Optimization Lab is now open for sign-up on this site. Choose a plan, create your company’s account and pay by card, and the Lab opens as soon as the payment goes through. There is no sales call to book first, although you can book a demo if you would rather see it with us.

What the Lab does

The Lab is supply chain planning software for manufacturers and distributors. It works on your own data, from Excel or CSV exports or a live connection to your ERP, and ranks every improvement it finds in dollars, so your team works on the biggest money first.

• Replenishment planner: for every item at every location, a forecast method chosen on months it had not seen, safety stock, a reorder point and a suggested order rounded to the supplier’s minimums.
• Predict & protect: items that will run out, demand that changed suddenly, suppliers that are slipping, and cash you can free up, looking ahead day by day.
• Supplier confirmations: suppliers confirm open purchase order lines from one link, and the plan uses their dates. Read how it works.
• Materials planning (MRP) and SIOP: what to buy and build each week, which components will run short and which products they block.
• Tariff recovery: the IEEPA refund claims to file, by deadline, and each customer’s fair share of the surcharges they paid.
• The Money lens and the Action center: every improvement from every module in one ranked list, turned into actions with an owner, a due date and a status.

Plans and pricing

One price per company, with users included. Pay monthly, or yearly and save 20%.

• Basic, $297 a month ($2,851.20 a year): 1 user and 1 workspace, with tariff recovery, the shortage radar and the core modules.
• Planner, $850 a month ($8,160 a year): up to 5 users and 5 shared workspaces, every module including the replenishment planner and the Money lens, and up to 5 live data connections. Sized for up to 2,500 items and 3 locations.
• Growth, $1,947 a month ($18,691.20 a year): up to 15 users, 25 shared workspaces and 20 live data connections. Sized for up to 15,000 items and 10 locations.

Owners can switch plans or billing period, update the card or cancel from Manage billing in the Lab. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Compare the plans.

How to get started

1. Choose a plan on the pricing page and create your company’s account.
2. Pay by card through Stripe’s secure checkout. The Lab opens when the payment goes through.
3. Load your data. The Data guide lists the files the Lab can read, in the order worth loading; the item master, sales history and open purchase orders are enough to start. On Planner and Growth you can connect your ERP instead: 26 systems are pre-built, from NetSuite and QuickBooks to SQL Server and Shopify.
4. Bring your team. On Planner and Growth, buyers and planners work from shared workspaces.

Until you load your own data, the Lab runs on its built-in sample data, so you can find your way around first.
