About Statadventure: A Supply Chain and Operations Consulting Firm

Statadventure is a supply chain and operations consulting firm with an artificial intelligence support practice. We work with US small and mid-size manufacturers and growing businesses. We help plant, supply chain and operations teams answer one hard question at a time: where is our tariff and supplier risk, why does material move the way it does, what should we stock, and which numbers should we actually trust.

We start with a free 30-minute call and agree a defined scope with you before any work starts, so you know what the work covers before it begins. Each engagement ends with something your team can use: a risk map, a layout option, a planning routine, a KPI view or a short action list with owners.

Founder

Statadventure was founded by Peter Klausz, who studied at Syracuse University and the University of Rochester. Statadventure, LLC is based in Burlington, Massachusetts, and serves businesses across the United States.

What we believe

Start with the decision

Before we look at data, we clarify what has to be decided, who owns it and what is already known.

Separate facts from assumptions

Every deliverable marks what is confirmed, what is estimated and what still needs to be verified.

Build tools your team can keep using

A spreadsheet, a dashboard prototype, a meeting cadence or a checklist is more useful than a long deck.

No inflated promises

We do not guarantee savings, supplier outcomes or specific results. Outcomes depend on your data, your decisions and your follow-through.

Stay in our lane

We do not give legal, customs or tax advice, and we do not sell equipment. We organize the operating picture and the questions for your broker, counsel, lender or equipment vendor.

What we do

Our work falls into three service lines:

Supply Chain

Tariff exposure, supplier diversification and reshoring, inventory and S&OP, and sourcing and logistics visibility.

Operations

Plant and warehouse flow, Lean and OEE, process improvement, KPIs and capacity planning.

AI Support

Demand forecasting, dashboards and BI, workflow automation, AI-assistant adoption and data readiness.

Who we are for

US small and mid-size manufacturers, and growing businesses, that want focused answers, practical implementation and transparent scope. We are not a fit for teams looking for generic decks, vendor-led equipment sales, or guaranteed outcomes without operating data.
